Denise

Denise Williams is one of the few headhunters to specialise solely in account planners and strategists.

Denise started her career in marketing, holding senior positions with SmithKline Beecham in London and Revlon in New York. Having seen the power of strategy in marketing and advertising, Denise set up the planning arm of a headhunting firm in 1990, which she ran for 10 years. She launched her own consultancy in 2000.

Her clients include agencies and branding consultancies in the UK, Europe, Asia and the US and she has a long-established alliance with an executive search company based in the US which specialises in strategic planning recruitment.

Having an eye for spotting budding talent and the future stars of the industry, Denise has been an active Member and Sponsor of the bi-annual prestigious Account Planning Group (APG) Awards.
